The garage-converted-ADU by Garage2ADU meets all the necessary codes to be leased as a rental property in the state of California and in jurisdictions require site-specific permits. Defined as a conversion ADU or JADU, the unit can only be used for minimum 30 day rentals or days your jurisdiction requires by law.
